What is CrickZenga?
CrickZenga is a Java based free mobile cricket application for Cricket lovers. It gives live Ball by Ball cricket updates on mobile. It is a most downloaded mobile application for cricket and you can see multiple international as well as domestic matches at the same time on CrickZenga "Cricket on Mobile" application. You can enjoy CrickZenga with your GPRS enabled mobile phone.
Is CrickZenga really free?
CrickZenga is a free application. However, downloading and using CrickZenga requires data connectivity from your wireless carrier, which may charge for GPRS / EDGE connectivity. We have made sure, that by using advanced compression techniques, the data transfer is kept to the minimum so that you can enjoy CrickZenga with the least GPRS usage.
How do I know if my phone can run CrickZenga?
CrickZenga is now available for almost all popular mobile phones; we are always adding more mobile phones that can run CrickZenga. However, you can check the list of phones to see if you phone is supported.
How do I know if my phone is able to run CrickZenga?
You will need at least 300Kb of memory available on your mobile phone, correct WAP & Internet settings, and a wireless data plan (GPRS/EDGE).

What do I need to download and install CrickZenga?
Most phones will automatically highlight the link when you scroll down through the message. Then you just have to click on it to open the browser and go to the CrickZenga download page. If your phone does not highlight the link in the SMS automatically, you have to go into 'Options' and find a command to use the Web link (or something similar). Check your phone's manual for details. If the browser in your mobile phone cannot connect to the CrickZenga download site, you may not have the correct settings for accessing Internet. Contact your wireless carrier's support desk to activate your Internet. You are encouraged to contact or email us.
What if I'm having trouble with the link on my phone?
If the download is interrupted for some reason, you may need to restart the download process from the beginning.
What if the download is interrupted?
The place where the application icon ends up after installation varies depending on your mobile phone and whether you installed CrickZenga on the phone memory or the memory card. Look up for CrickZenga in any of the following folders on your phone 'Applications', 'My Collection', 'Games', 'My Own', 'My Stuff' or in folder having names in similar context. Click on the CrickZenga application icon to launch it. Still having trouble finding it? You may need to review your phone's manual for details on where application and downloads are placed.
What if CrickZenga doesn't start?
While there are many possible reasons, two common possibilities include memory problems and connectivity problems. If CrickZenga fails to start and prompts for low memory, you probably do not have 300Kb of free memory available on your phone. See your phone's manual for how to check available memory and free up memory.
Although CrickZenga will start without an Internet connection but it will not perform its functionality. All of CrickZenga's features (e.g. live matches and results etc.) require your mobile phone to connect to the WAP (Internet) and send/receive data. Connectivity problems can arise due to many reasons. Check your phone's manual for details or contact your wireless carrier's support desk to activate your WAP (Internet).
